We offer the following classes:

Wellington Cheer All*Stars: Competitive Cheerleading practices Tuesday and Sunday evenings.  The 2007-2008 teams are currently practicing for the upcoming competition season.  Spaces are limited!! call Coach Christina or Coach Patti for an individual evaluation and team placement.

Wellington Recreation Cheerleading: Beginner Cheerleading classes are held Thursday's from 4:00-8:30pm at the Wellington Community Center.  Each six week session will teach the fundamentals of cheerleading to help better prepare them for both school and competitive cheerleading.  MOST 6 week sessions will conclude with cheering for a recreation  basketball game.  In the off season, the cheerleaders perfect a routine that is performed for family and friends at the end of the six weeks.

Wellington Hip Hop: Hip Hop Dance classes are held Wed. for ages 5-7, 8-12 and competitive hip hop for ages 8-18.  Each session is 6 weeks long and the dancers will walk away with 2 dances.  At the end of each session both family and friends are invited to come and see both dances.  Competitive Hip Hop is for dancers interested in perfecting a dance routine and competing with other Hip Hop teams throughout the nation.  Please call Coach Christina for details on becoming a part of this amazing team.

Friday Tumbling Class 5:00 - 6:00 PM (working on skills up to a round off back handspring). $15 at the door.
Friday Tumbling Class  6:00 - 7:00 PM (working on skills of round off back handspring and above). $15 at the door.

Summer Cheerleading and Hip Hop Camp June 9th-13th  9 AM-12 PM and 12 PM-3 PM June 23rd-27th  9 AM-12 PM and 12 PM-3 PM July 7th-11th  9 AM-12 PM and 12 PM-3 PM July 21st-25th  9 AM-12 PM and 12 PM-3 PM August 4th-8th  9 AM-12 PM and 12 PM-3 PM You may still register for a 1/2 day of camp or you can do a Full day this year.  We will have Cheerleading camp from 9 AM-12 PM and Hip Hop camp from 12 PM-3 PM. Each week of camp will be action packed with theme days, fun activities, great counselors and will conclude with a Friday performance. Cheer camp will teach your child everything from cheers, chants, motions, jumps, stunts, pyramids, gymnastics, and team building skills. Dance camp will give your child a look into the growing trend of hip hop dance, with everything from current dance moves to choreographed dance routines, lifts, and jumps. To register for any of these camps you may visit the Wellington Community Center, Recreation Center, or the Village of Wellington web site at www.wellvillage.com.  The cost of each camp is $100 a week for a half day and $200 a week for a Full day of camp.  Please dress your child in comfortable clothing and sneakers, no denim please!
